Tec4 - Regional Brand Manager Vacancies

Tec4 Lubricants is a relatively young, successful brand in the Automotive Aftermarket sector and is a business owned and operated by a team with vast collective experience in that same sector.

Our Brand is Premium Quality and is sold to Professional Vehicle Repairers throughout the UK.

The product portfolio includes Fuel, Engine and Cooling System Treatments, Maintenance Sprays and our, new to market, Vehicle Detox System.

Key to our rapid growth and success has been the engagement of great Sales People and we currently have 21 Regional Sales Agents enjoying the fruits of our brand.

We now wish to expand our Sales Team and invite interested parties to get in touch.

Here’s a brief summary:

  • You will be your own boss – self-employed.
    That said, there will be a fundamental requirement to uphold our Brand Values and support our Business Plan. We will be vigilant with these requirements.
  • You will “own” a geographical area (usually a County).
    Like a Franchise, but without the fees or covenants. There is NO COST of acquisition! You will have unopposed opportunity to build your business in your area and enjoy the benefits of recurring revenue.
  • You will spend your day visiting Professional Vehicle Repairers throughout your area.
    There will be an emphasis on Demonstrations, specifically our Carbon Clean Machine vehicle ‘detox’ System.
  • You will be nurturing existing relationships and building new ones.
    You will be there for your customers to provide all necessary support whether that be training, demonstrations, or just stock replenishment. You will be their “go-to” person!
  • You will receive an extremely generous commission on all sales, initial and recurring.
    There will be no ceiling to your earning potential. Your earnings will be a true reflection of your dedication and consistent efforts.
  • Success will come from efficiency and effectiveness – we will support you with both!
  • You will need to be mobile to cover your agreed geography and be fully contactable at all times.
  • You must be able to provide required stock to our Professional Customers from stock (provided by Tec4).
    Stock to be carried in your vehicle at all times.
  • Experience in the Automotive sector is preferred, but this role is also suited to Car Enthusiasts / Petrolheads.
    Full Training will be given.
  • Most importantly, you must be comfortable in forging and growing relationships with your customers, so a strong personality will be key.
